What are the restrictions of the Pepsky Video Converter trial version?
The trial version of
Pepsky Video Converter can be used free of charge for 7 days from the date of installation without any restrictions. As for some like products, you are allowed to convert only a few minutes or half of a disc, and you can¡¯t have a real experience in the quality of the software. What video file formats does Pepsky Video Converter support?
It supports the following formats: MPEG 1/2/4, AVI, AMV, ASF, SWF, DivX, Xvid, RM, RMVB, FLV, SWF, MOV, 3GP, WMV, PMP, VOB, and more formats are expected¡
What audio file formats does Pepsky Video Converter support?

The film is too large, and I want to convert only 20 minutes of it from the start, how can I do it?
Pepsky Video Converter supports the cut-by-time function. You can drag the start and end slider to set the film segment you want to cut.
The volume of the film is too low, and I want the converted film to have a higher volume, how can I do it?
Pepsky Video Converter supports the adjustment of the volume, you can set the volume in the Audio tab in the advanced settings. If you want to adjust the volume to twice as the original, set it to 2. By default, we keep the original volume by setting it to 1.
How to use the Quality slider of the Pepsky Video Converter?
Pepsky Video Converter provides you with several convenient converting options. You can select one of the following settings: Low, Normal, Medium, Good, High, and Superb. The higher the quality is, the larger the size of the output file is.
Can I convert video files of other formats into RMVB format with Pepsky Video Converter?
Yes, the built-in RealMedia encoder enables you to make your conversion easily. You can set the Compression rate and the resolution you require.
Why the converted video is not clear?
If the original DVD film is not clear, it is impossible for Pepsky Video Converter and other like software to convert a more clear film from it; if the original DVD film is clear, you can try to set a higher output quality. You can also set a higher Video Bit Rate, provided you are familiar with it.
What formats of films does PSP supports?
Currently, the PSP supports the video files in the following 3 formats.
1. MP4 format, with resolution no more than 368*208 (4:3) or 384*160 (16:9), resolution beyond this range is not supported. The player is provided with PSP.
2. AVC format (H264), with resolution of 480*272, the highest resolution supported by PSP. The player is provided with PSP.
3. PMP format, provided you have applicable software, such as PPA player etc., installed. If the resolution of a PMP format film is not suitable, you can't play it.
Pepsky Video Converter supports all the formats that supported by PSP: mpeg-4, mpeg-4 AVC, and pmp AVC. When converting, you can select the format you require, and adjust the resolution of the output film. If the resolution set by default is not satisfied, you can use your custom resolution.
Why I can‘t play the converted video file with PSP?
Make sure that your video file is in a format supported by PSP and its resolution is set properly. Also, store your film in the right directory.
